I just got back from another great trip to Jamaica.  This time however our initial destination was supposed to be Cancun for a very close friend's wedding but it had to be cancelled due to the Swine Flu and we had to change our plans and we headed to Jamaica again with a few close friends.  If your ever thinking of going to Montego Bay I highly recommend the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites Hotel.  It was so amazing - beautiful rooms, amazing grounds, exceptional food - you name it this hotel had it.  Here are a few images from my time there - I had a great time testing out my Macro Lens!

I agree with you, the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites is the best and most beautiful place in all Jamaica. Your pictures there are lovely.

Phew - Finally!  After 2 months and countless hours my new website is finally launched!  For a long time I have felt that my old website was not a true representation of who I was and how I photographed.  I am happy to say I have been able to create a custom site that really feels like me.  Please take some time to look around!  Any feedback or comments would be greatly appriciated - I want to make this a place that clients love as much as I do.  For those that might not know how to get to the site the web address is still the same - www.lesliebrownphotography.ca website I also wanted to remind everyone of my Spring Fever Booking Special. With just over 2 weeks to go all Lifestyle Commissions including Engagements, Maternity, Newborn, Family, Us, and Boudoir Sessions are $150.00 - a savings of 50%! These sessions have to be booked by April 30, 2009 but can be used any time before August 31, 2009. This is a great opportunity to surprise your friends and family with a way to remember the special moments in their lives forever. Act quickly as there are only a limited number of sessions available in the coming months. Please use this link for inquiries and bookings https://app.shootq.com/public/leslie_brown_photography/contact and remember that payment is due on or before the 30th to confirm your spot. I could not wait to get home today to start editing a sneak peak from this session!  Today's session was one that I have waited for since I began shooting newborns.  I've always admired other newborn photographers who seem to be able to get the babies to do so many cute things - they sleep, they smile, and most of all they don't cry!  Although I've been pretty fortunate in the crying part - I've had less luck in the posing.  Little K was such a good girl today.  She fell asleep almost instantly and was out like a light and let us do pretty much anything we could think of with her.   K's mom Mary Louise was the winner of my newborn package from the Birth Choices Baby Shower.  I didn't know it at first but we actually have a close mutual friend.  I am so glad I got the chance to shoot for them today - its gave me a greater appreciation for these types of shoots! mlm001mlm002mlm006mlm010mlm015mlm030
